Nathan was going through our cupboards, found my George Forman Grill and wanted to know the last time I had used it. He does this to me often! When I couldn't recall a time he pointed out that we had been together 6 years and it wasn't during that time. To prevent him from throwing it out I had to pull it out. OH MY GOODNESS am I glad I did. We have a new favorite in my house! Panini's better than you can get anywhere else! This one below was chicken, american cheese, fat free mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle (I might add it was only 5 points) and it was fantastic!!!

I have wondered, several times, if my George Forman would work as a panini press. Now I know. Thanks! It does look good.
Must be a marine thing...I hear that from Rob. Drives me crazy! I'm not a pack rat at all, but some things...especially kitchen things...need to be held onto.
