Ok before you look at this picture, know that I think it is a GIANT FAIL! Nathan and I started soaking beans last night for our bean and bacon soup (tonight's dinner). I thought the bowl full of beans/water would make a cool picture with lots of depth. It didn't turn out like I had hoped, maybe this is something I can work on when I have days with no inspirational picture in mind, what do you think? Any tips on how to be successful?

You mean take a better picture of beans? Or the beans didn't turn out? How was the soup?
To take a picture with more depth. The bean and bacon soup was good. Ok it was blah, but I like a super flavored soup....most times Nathan and I try a soup recipe and then change it up to add more flavor later. Our potato soup is awesome! We started with a basic recipe and went from there....guess that is what we are doing with bean and bacon.
