It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

In the Schafer house, the day after Thanksgiving is ALWAYS time to put up the Christmas decorations

We started with the tree, the kids are fluffing it here

This looks like I put the picture in sideways but really he was just passing me the string of lights to put on my side of the tree Bailey starting the kids on their special ornaments

Each year my kids get an ornament that reflects something special to them that year. This year Nathan and I picked up ornaments without them knowing that tied into our Disneyland vacation. They were so excited and I teared up as I read to them what I wrote on their boxes. I love that we got to spend that time together, it means so much to me!

Landon loves Halloween time in Disneyland, his ornament is Nightmare Before Christmas

Bailey was super excited about everything Buzz this year. So she of course got Buzz Lightyear and Woody

The next 2 pictures are of my Disney village. I'm not going to lie, I probably get an unhealthy amount of pleasure from these. Nathan buys me a new house/character set each year. Over the last 6 years this village has grown quite a bit. So much so, it has to be spread out over 2 different areas.

We can't leave out the outside of the house

Nathan is letting us know that he has conquered his fear of heights long enough to light up our house for Christmas!
