It was my own fault really...
I didnt want to stick my ipod and my cell phone in my purse. Once I get in the car it feels like I am digging forever. So I tucked them both in my hoodie front pocket. The ipod fell to the ground. When I picked it up, I never expected this!
The good news is that my husband is amazing! He has already found a few places in the Salt Lake area that are able to replace the screen for under $50. So by next week, hopefully it will be good as new. Until then I guess I am lucky in the fact that the music does still play....so yes as I type this I am listening to Freak on a Leash. What do you know that is a Happy Friday after all :)

So sorry about your iPod breaking. But you did take a really good picture. I am glad you will be getting it fixed.
OUCH!!! Mine is cracked as well...but not quite this bad! I'd be sooooo mad!!! Soo sorry!!!
