Happy Halloween!

The night before Halloween Nathan and I stayed up until after 11 decorating cupcakes for work the next day.

They were SO cute and a huge hit! But I am telling you, have your kids decorate! It was not so much fun after you decorate 48 cupcakes each with 8 legs.

Nathan picked the kids up from school and brought them to my work for trick or treating from 2-4. One of the ladies at work feeding the big bad wolf a gummy foot.

HA HA! When you got to go, you got to go!

After trick or treating (and making out like bandits!!) we sat down in my office for a spider cupcake before heading home.

At 6 that night everyone got ready for trick or treating. We had talked to Bailey and told her this was her last year trick or treating because next year she goes to Jr. High. She decided that meant she should go with just her friends (no mom's allowed). Sad for me, but it was okay. So her and Caitlin went through our neighborhood.

Because the kids go to school by my mom's neighborhood, we like to go over there. That way the kids run into their friends all night long. So we started at Derek and Jill's house and picked up a Tenley Giraffe and went out for a few hours.

Nathan and I have a Halloween party to go to tonight. So we decided to dress up this year. We will of course include makeup for tonight, but that seemed a bit intense for trick or treating.

LOOK AT THIS! Don't forget to multiply it by 4, as this is only her bag. PLUS all the candy that didn't go out to trick or treaters. Don't be surprised when a goodie bag shows up on your doorstep, I'm not sure what I will do with all of this!!!
