Nathan works with Napa so often that when they sponsor the races out at RMR we always get free tickets. This year we didn't have our kids for the weekend so we decided to take the Robins family with us. Which turned out to be a lot of fun!
Haydn and Weston loved watching the cars but hated the loud sounds!
We were such dedicated race fans we even sat through the rain. It only hit us for a few minutes and cooled everything down enough that it was actually perfect race weather.
Our favorite part...the trains!
Very last lap of the trains one of the cars realizes he isn't going to win so he totally cheap shotted and Tboned one of the other cars. Which started a fist fight between the 2 drivers. This got a bunch of drunk rednecks infuriated. We watched in amazement as they rushed forward to yell their opinions to the racers. I have never laughed so hard at the races! Watching Eric and Nancy argue about who was the most offensive was pretty great!
We had such a great time, can't wait to go to the races again!!
