Halloween was super busy, but a lot of fun! We started on Friday with a parade at the school.
I learned quickly that the little kids are so fast, you better have your cameras READY. However when they get to 5th and 6th grade they are so willing to pose!
Here is Landon, dressed as a baseball player
Here is Bailey dressed in Nathan's Marine Corp uniform, she was helping the little kids get their candy from buckets that were a little too high
We were lucky enough to have a good friend of ours be able to join us with her 4 kids. Here is a picture of all the kids in their super cute costumes!
Somehow all 8 kids fit into my not so large office :) We got SO much candy and had a great time!
On Saturday we were invited to lunch with friends. We had some yummy chili, cornbread and pumpkin bars. Just enough food and fun to get the kids ready for trick or treating that night
Here is Bailey in a chair entirely too small for her. What happened to my little girl who needed help into that chair??
I didn't get near enough pictures of the kids rough housing, but here is Landon and some of his new friends!
Here is Tayler decorating a cupcake which is just one fun activity that the girls who threw this party had for them to do.
Too bad it rained TERRIBLY! But the good news is we had gotten so much candy the day before at Franklin Covey, the kids were fine. Bailey had gone to a Halloween Party with her friends. Tayler and Landon went trick or treating with mom so that left just Courtney with us. We grabbed Tenley and literally only went to 5 houses! It was cold and wet. So after our 5 houses we dropped Tenley and Jill at home...headed for hot cocoa, pizza and headed home for a scary movie---House on Haunted Hill. Courtney got a bit scared, but did say she liked it!
Here are some pictures of her and Tenley in their costumes at Grandma's house
